Offset print

Printing technology that allows you to produce high-quality printing products in medium, large and ultra-large print runs.

Its main features are high quality reproduction of colors and small details of images, clarity, brightness, as well as the reduced cost of one copy with increasing circulation.

Only offset printing allows you to produce your products using an additional palette of colors (Pantone), which can be used separately or in combination with the main colors (CMYK).

  • First, Pantone paints significantly expand the choice of colors for the implementation of your ideas.
  • Secondly, they allow you to achieve color accuracy where it is particularly important — when printing corporate identity elements.

Lamination

This is a modern process of applying plastic sheeting and special adhesive composition to the surface of the object. Lamination is carried out in order to protect printing products from external negative influences, as well as to create special effects for products — gloss or matts.

Especially interesting is the soft touch effect

Stamping

This is a type of post-printing processing of products — cutting through the curly contour of printed images. This word refers to both the process itself and its result.

Cutting is made on paper, different types of cardboard, plastic, leather, fabric, and polyethylene.

Cutting is used in advertising, packaging and book printing: in some cases, it is simply necessary, and in some cases it is an indispensable way to attract attention to printed products.

The need for such an operation as cutting in printing is due to the fact that the knives of paper-cutting machines, which are used for cutting printed products to the desired size, can only make a straight cut.

Obviously, in many cases, an incision along the shaped contour is required.

Hot stamping

One of the ways to give the design of printed products expressiveness and sophistication is stamping. This type of post-printing processing involves creating a depressed or convex relief image on cardboard, paper, leather, boomwind and other heat-resistant materials, most often decorated with colored or metalized foil. Often, the cost of stamping becomes the price of the successful printing design.

There are three main types:

  • Foil stamping (creating a deep metallic or colored relief),
  • Blind Embossing (in-depth image without foil)
  • Relief stamping (creating an image that protrudes above the surface)

Folding/Creasing
and perforation

Folding of the printed sheet for the formation of a perfectly smooth bend. The operation is performed mechanically, less often manually. Manually folding is carried out only for exclusive products with complex design solutions.

  • Folding can be an integral part of the binding process. During the process of folding, the product is clamped between the pressure plates in such a way as to create a stable bend on the finished product — a magazine, notebook, or booklet.
  • Creasing is another printing procedure used in the post-printing processing of products. Creasing is also the drawing of a fold line on a sheet. This operation gives the product a neat appearance and allows you to save the paint layer when bending the material..

The difference between folding and creasing is that the latter is not done with the help of pressure shafts, between which the product is placed, but by means of a blunt knife or a rectangular plate. Creasing is usually done on thick paper, which is difficult to roll, or on cardboard.

Numbering and variable data

Variable data printing is a special way of making printed products, when each copy of the circulation is made up of its own individual data, while the overall background and text content remain unchanged.

Text personalization is a traditional and familiar way of personalization. This is a necessary component of the service for sending any personalized correspondence, such as:

  • Invoices
  • Reminders or invitations to the event
  • Personal or discount coupons
  • Various Bank notifications, etc.
In addition, personalization becomes a very useful tool in cases when You want to impress the recipient and show an individual approach to them. Text personalization is widely used in marketing, advertising campaigns, and promotions that require individual work with the client.

Document personalization: some variations

Barcodes

A special type of personalization is the application of barcodes. This personalization is used in the closed document management, when each individual document has its own unique code that can be used to identify it in the registry or database. Barcodes can contain information about the serial number, series, area or area code, the specifics of the product itself, and serve as an additional means of protection against forgery and unauthorized replication.

QR-code

An exclusive service of our printing house for personalization of documents is the application of a QR code. A QR code can contain much more information than a barcode, so it is often used when an event organizer wants to encrypt some fascinating message on a handout, holds an instant lottery, or provide a link to their Internet resource. The QR code is universal, so it is used to encode any information and is often used in advertising, trade, and the entertainment industry.

Eyelets
and drilling

Installation of grommets (Piccolo rings)is a post-printing processing of printed printing.

Grommets are made of metal rings that are installed in specially prepared holes. Piccolo rings are installed using a special device, a rivet for grommets.

In our printing house, they are installed on calendars, clothing labels, banners (posters) and presentation products (complex multi-page booklets, packing clocks, paper bags, etc.).

UV-printing

UV-varnishing of printed products is the coating of the entire surface of the impression or certain areas of it with varnish. Partial varnishing of image fragments is called selective.

Using this method of post-printing helps to achieve a unique and expressive design of booklets, covers and bindings of books and other printed products.

The solid UV coating is used as an alternative to lamination to protect the surface of the printed product from abrasion, dust, and moisture.

Selective varnishing in printing is used in combination with lamination, solid offset varnishing, and various types of embossing.

Screen printing

This is a simple and convenient way to apply paint to various materials of any size.

Silkscreen allows you to apply an image to a material of almost any shape. For example, you can use silk-screen printing to apply your company's logo to any textile products, Souvenirs, or business accessories.

Silkscreen printing allows you to choose a variety of colors for advertising application, both in color and in properties.

Printing with metallic, fluorescent or fluorescent colors makes the image even more noticeable. And foamed silkscreen creates the effect of volumetric application.

Spot colors (pure colors of the Pantone color model) are bright and saturated on the product.
